- Cut and weld any existing corrosion on chassis rails or sills to NCT standard
- Cavity wax injection into box sections and sills
- Two coats of heavy-duty rubberised underseal on all exposed steel

- Underseal every van when it's new or newly acquired, ideally within the first year
- Top up every 2-3 years for vans doing high mileage or rural/coastal routes
- Build an underside check into annual servicing, not just at NCT time
- Keep records of when each van was last treated, so nothing gets missed as a fleet grows
