5. Google Ads & website tracking
We advertise on Google and may use Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads and website perform. These tools may set cookies and collect anonymised data such as your IP address, device type and the pages you view. We do not sell this data. You can opt out via your browser settings or using Google's opt-out tools.
6. Sharing your information
We never sell your data. We only share it with:
- Trusted service providers (e.g. accountants, hosting, WhatsApp/Meta, Google) under strict confidentiality
- Insurers or engineers when an engineer's report or insurance claim requires it (with your knowledge)

7. How long we keep your data
We keep customer records for as long as needed to deliver the service and honour our warranty (typically up to 7 years), and to meet Revenue and legal record-keeping obligations. After that, your data is securely deleted.

- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request deletion of your data (where we are not legally required to keep it)
