Rayco Undersealing
Rayco Undersealing (also known as Rayco Commercials) is based in County Wexford and works on vehicles from across Ireland — including Dublin, Wicklow, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Gorey. We carry out structural chassis welding, intense rust repair, full underbody cleaning and premium undersealing, covering cars, vans, jeeps, 4x4s, trucks, buses, campers and commercial fleets.
Full spray booth, proper equipment
Undersealing is applied in a full spray booth rather than a driveway or open yard, which allows even, controlled coats of heavy-duty rubberised underseal and cavity wax. Chassis welding is carried out to NCT standard using MIG welding equipment on the correct gauge steel, with a ramp for proper underside inspection before any work begins.

What we use, and why
We use heavy-duty rubberised underbody coating on exposed steel, combined with cavity wax pumped into enclosed box sections — a professional alternative to DIY Waxoyl that is tougher and longer-lasting against Irish road salt and damp conditions. Every full underseal job includes cavity wax injection as standard, not as an optional extra, because treating only one side of the steel leaves the other side exposed.
Health & Safety
Vehicles are inspected on a ramp before any welding or spraying takes place, and welding repairs are carried out to NCT test standard so vehicles pass inspection after the work is completed.
Our Warranty
We offer up to 7 years warranty on our premium underseal packages, depending on the package chosen and the condition of the vehicle. This is backed by proper preparation — full pressure wash, degrease, rust treatment and welding where needed — before any heavy-duty coating is applied.
